Internship - Social center

Action Against Pimping and Victim Assistance Teams (EACP), an association registered under the 1901 law and recognized as being of public utility (March 4, 1970), aim to fight directly against pimping and trafficking in human beings with the aim of carrying the voice of the victims of this scourge. Mainly made up of volunteer professionals, we carry out various missions defined by the new law of April 13, 2016 on strengthening the fight against the prostitution system and supporting victims. The EACPs are located in the center of Paris (Châtelets-Les Halles).

Presentation of the course:

Within the social unit, responsible for legal and administrative support for victims, we are looking for a social trainee for a period of two months. Position taken as soon as possible.

Duties:

Ensure the reception of victims

Ensure support for victims in their legal and administrative procedures, in particular access to housing and integration into accommodation systems.

Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of the person's file in compliance with the rules in force.

Support the management of residence permit applications.

Guarantee access and maintenance of human rights.

Required profile :

Student in the process of obtaining a state diploma as a specialized educator / a state diploma as a counselor in social and family economy 

We are looking for a motivated, serious and invested person, recognized for his sense of initiative and responsibility. 

Good command of English essential.

 

Knowledge of foreigners' rights (in particular relating to asylum applications) is a plus.
