The legal mission of the EACP is plural, it is mainly articulated around 4 axes:

The action ofconstitution of civil partyin pimping cases forms the at the heart of the work of the legal department.

 

 

Lawyers adopt aproactive approachin the search for business by regularly carrying out apress watch, on the lookout for new pimping cases.

 

 

We can also count on thereceipt of notice of hearingand new cases by lawyers, prosecutors and/or the police of thePimping Repression Brigade(BRP).

When the courts grant usdamageswe are initiating recovery procedures withAGRASCor directly with the opposing party, through lawyers or through theSPIP* when the defendant is incarcerated.

* Penitentiary integration and probation service

The activity of the legal division would not be what it is without the collaboration of thededicated lawyers,ever more numerous.

The collaborating lawyers represent us in court in pimping cases, they also represent victims (at the expense of the association).

​

 

Some specialists in foreigners' rights are exclusively responsible for supporting foreign victims in the process of applying for asylum or a residence permit.

The law ofApril 13, 2016aimed at strengthening the fight against the system of prostitution and

supporting prostitutes createsan offense of resorting to prostitutionand set upawareness coursesas an additional penalty or alternative to legal action against clients.

 

Since 2016, the EACP participate in the animation of these courses in partnership with the AssociationAGREE.
